I’m Hye Ra Lee, a Toronto-based digital artist and art director with over two decades of experience in animation.

My work has brought life to beloved TV shows like Magic School Bus, Lu & the Bally Bunch, Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood, and Max and Ruby.

 

I've worn many hats—animator, designer, and art director—and also illustrate storybooks and exhibit digital art.

Storytelling is my passion, especially creating characters that feel alive. Inspired by travel, nature, and new foods, I hope my work adds a bit of creativity and joy to your day.
